Terms of Service

Acceptance
By using LegWatch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
LegWatch is an information tool that helps you follow the New Hampshire Legislature. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that any information is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm important details against official sources.
AI outputs and speaker identification
Some features use AI to transcribe, summarize, and answer questions. AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete and are not legal advice. Use your own judgment and verify anything you rely on.
Transcripts are produced by automated speech recognition, and speakers are identified by automated methods (voice matching and spoken self-introductions). Both make mistakes: words can be misheard and statements can be attributed to the wrong person. No statement on LegWatch should be treated as a verified quote of any person without checking the linked video. Nothing here is the official record of the N.H. General Court — the legislature's own journals, calendars, and recordings are authoritative.
If you believe LegWatch has misattributed a statement to you or misidentified you as a speaker, contact us via the contact page and we will review and correct or remove the content promptly and in good faith.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape the service at high rates or place automated load on it.
- Do not resell or redistribute raw data pulled from the service.
- Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
Trials and billing
- New accounts get a 30-day Pro trial with no credit card required.
- When the trial ends, your account automatically reverts to the free plan.
- If you choose a paid plan, it renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.
Termination
You may stop using LegWatch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to it or to others.
Disclaimer and liability
LegWatch is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
